Fizzade is run by Eduscale Solutions Limited, a company registered in Ireland (No. 727644). We decide how the data below is used. Questions or requests: privacy@fizzade.com.

What we store

• Your player profile. A random player ID, the name generated from it, when it was created, and how you first arrived: a campaign tag in the link, the site that linked you, or the in-app browser you used (for example TikTok's).
• Play data. Game sessions (which game, when, device type: phone, tablet or desktop), events the game reports (such as runs started and finished, ads shown), stats, achievements, best scores, leaderboard entries, game saves and challenge links you create.
• If you save your progress. Your email address if you choose email, and if you choose a passkey, its public key. Your fingerprint, face or device PIN never leaves your device. We also store when you signed in. Sign-in codes are deleted within a day.

We don't store your IP address or your browser's full identifying string. We only work out the device type and whether you're in an in-app browser.

Cookies and storage

• One cookie, pid, keeps your player ID so your progress survives reloads. It's needed for the site to work, lasts up to 400 days, and isn't used for advertising.
• Your browser's local storage keeps guest game saves and when you last closed the "save progress" prompt.

There are no advertising, analytics or social media cookies.

Why

• To run the games and the features you use: your profile, saves, leaderboards, challenges and sign-in. This is needed to provide the service.
• To understand how the games are played and where players come from, and to keep leaderboards fair. This is our legitimate interest in improving and protecting the games. It isn't used to build advertising profiles.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site, its database and game files, and sends sign-in emails, so your data is processed on Cloudflare's network. No ad networks, analytics companies or social media trackers receive it. If we add ads later, we'll update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your player profile exists. You can delete it at any time. Deleting removes everything that identifies you, including your email, passkeys, saves, scores and leaderboard entries. Totals such as how many sessions a game had are kept, with no link back to you.

Your rights

To download or delete your data yourself, open Save progress (or Account if you've saved) at the top of any page. You can also email privacy@fizzade.com to access, correct, delete or move your data, or to object to or restrict how we use it. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission.

Children

Fizzade's games are for a general audience. If you're under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before adding an email address.
